Ready to start your career in The Netherlands? Here's how

We follow Dutch legal conditions and guidelines for employment. You can find more information about this on the website of the IND (Dutch Immigration and Naturalization Service). To work with us, you need:

  • Proof of residence, showing that you are allowed to live and work in the Netherlands as long as the European Temporary Protection Directive is in effect. (For this, you need an IND sticker in your passport).
  • Citizen Service Number (BSN).
  • Registration in the Dutch Personal Records Database (BRP).
  • A passport or another form of identification. If you don’t have one, a proof of identity is also possible through a statement from the Ukrainian embassy in the Netherlands (Zeestraat 78, The Hague).
  • A valid Ukrainian residence permit as of February 23, 2022 (if you are not a Ukrainian citizen).
  • A Dutch bank account.

Your Salary

For the work you do with us, you will, of course, receive a fair salary. This includes:

  • Wages
  • Holiday pay and vacation days
  • Bonuses for irregular and overtime work
  • Pension contributions Travel expenses

Work permit

Until March 4, 2026, Ukrainian refugees can work in the Netherlands without a permit. Read more on the IND website.

Allowances

Are you currently receiving an allowance? If so, report this to the municipality where you are staying. One month after starting your new job, your allowance will expire. Want to know more? Check the IND website.
