As a teamleader cleaning you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the daily activities of the cleaning department. You will make sure work is carried out according to planning, quality standards and safety procedures, while keeping your team motivated and engaged. You will be working in a two- shift rotation.
Your tasks include:
- Leading and supporting a team of cleaning employees
- Monitoring daily planning and productivity
- Ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Training, coaching, and motivating team members
- Performing quality checks and addressing deviations
- Identifying process improvements and implementing solutions
- Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assisting with workforce planning and team development
