Are you an experienced team leader who enjoys working in a production environment where quality, safety, and collaboration are key? As a Team Leader Industrial Cleaning in Eindhoven, you will manage a team of approximately 30 employees and ensure that daily operations run smoothly. You will receive a salary between €2,900 and €3,900 gross per month, supplemented by an 18% shift allowance.
As a Team Leader Industrial Cleaning, you will be responsible for the daily management of the Industrial Cleaning department in Eindhoven. You will ensure that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable quality standards. You will maintain a visible presence on the shop floor, support your team where needed, and continuously drive process improvements.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting a team of approximately 30 employees;
- Planning, organizing, and monitoring daily operations;
- Monitoring safety, quality, and productivity within the department;
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE);
- Coaching, developing, and motivating employees;
- Training and onboarding new team members;
- Managing shift handovers and ensuring clear communication within the team;
- Resolving operational challenges and adjusting priorities when necessary;
- Initiating and supporting process improvements based on Lean and 5S principles;
- Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting;
- Working closely with other departments to ensure an efficient workflow.
