Team Leader Production & Logistics | Eindhoven & Veldhoven

We are looking for Team Leaders for three different departments at HQ Pack:

1. Team Lead Industrial Cleaning (Eindhoven): responsible for the day-to-day management of the industrial cleaning department.
2. Team Lead Flight Cases Production (Eindhoven): coordinates the production and assembly of flight cases and transport solutions.
3. Team Lead Logistics Inbound (Veldhoven): responsible for receiving, processing, and coordinating all incoming goods flows.

Although each role has its own area of expertise, leadership is central to all positions. You will be actively present on the shop floor, support employees in their daily work, and ensure that the department operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, and supporting operational employees.
• Creating and monitoring workforce and capacity planning.
• Monitoring safety, quality, productivity, and operational performance.
• Coordinating daily activities and setting the right priorities.
• Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
• Ensuring compliance with procedures, work instructions, and safety regulations.
• Supporting and training new employees during onboarding.
• Facilitating clear communication and shift handovers.
• Collaborating with departments such as Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Production.
• Initiating and guiding improvement projects based on Lean and 5S principles.
• Managing administrative tasks and reporting activities.
