In this function you serve the needs of our customers and local sales organization regarding order fulfillment, invoicing, customer support and service complaint handling.
You coordinate and enter orders from customers and sales representatives according to specific requirements , monitor the delivery process, ensure correct and timely invoicing, handle service complaints and requests for returns. You also respond to enquiries from sales representatives, pharmacists, nurses and doctors about orders
Excellent language skills in Dutch and English
At least 1-2 years working experience in customer service
Knowledge of SAP or other major ERP systems
MS office/Excel proficiency
Ability to build strong relationships with customers, sales and other internal departments
