Operator – Conveyor Belts
Omschrijving
As a Confectioning Operator, you play an important role in the production and finishing of high‑quality conveyor belts. This is specialized technical work where precision is key — accuracy down to the millimeter matters. You will combine machine operation with manual craftsmanship, using techniques such as punching, sealing and heat or high‑frequency pressing.
Quality awareness, technical insight and attention to detail are essential in this role.
Your main tasks include:
- Performing production processes such as punching, sealing and pressing
- Inspecting materials and finished conveyor belts for quality and accuracy
- Operating production machines and carrying out preparation and finishing work
Wat wij jou bieden
Based on a full‑time workweek of 40 hours in day shifts, you can expect:
- A gross monthly salary between €2,540 and €3,300
- A 7‑month contract with the intention of long‑term employment
- 26 vacation days and travel allowance of €0.23 per km (from 0.1 km)
