Earn a gross monthly salary starting at €2,600 and contribute directly to major construction projects in the Oosterhout and Breda region.
As a production worker in the concrete industry, you play a vital role in the production process. Without your contribution, concrete poles and beams will not be delivered on time. You help ensure that construction projects are executed efficiently and professionally. You will work both inside a large production hall and outdoors, keeping your work varied and active. The job is physically demanding but rewarding.
Your main tasks include:
- Preparing and filling molds with concrete
- Inspecting and monitoring concrete quality
- Tensioning cables that are integrated into the concrete
- Cleaning and maintaining machines and work areas
You will work in rotating shifts between 05:00 and 18:00. A new project will start soon, requiring additional concrete elements, making your contribution essential.

- A gross monthly salary starting from €2,600, depending on experience;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, up to 30 km one way;
