Do you enjoy hands‑on work and like being part of a fast‑moving production environment? At this bakery in Maastricht, you’ll work with freshly baked cookies, switch between different tasks, and collaborate with a supportive, multicultural team. On top of a solid base salary, you can earn up to 39% in shift allowances.
As a production operator, you make sure all products are packaged correctly and meet quality standards. You place cookies into trays or boxes, seal and label packaging, and perform visual checks. Thanks to task rotation, your work stays varied and active. Cleanliness, accuracy and teamwork are key in this role.
Your main tasks
- Placing cookies in trays or packaging according to instructions
- Sealing and labeling packages correctly
- Checking product quality and reporting issues
- Replenishing packaging materials
- Keeping your workspace clean and following food safety rules
Shift times
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
- 22:00 – 06:00
Wat wij jou bieden
This full‑time job (40 hours per week) includes:
- €2.740 gross per month as base salary (excluding allowances)
- 38% shift allowance between 18:00 and 03:00 (up to €20.76 per hour)
- 39% shift allowance between 03:00 and 06:00 (up to €20.91 per hour)
