You receive a solid salary, work in a supportive team and have the prospect of a permanent contract. You work in a day shift in a modern production setting with clear processes and proper guidance. Thanks to your experience in production, you pick up the tasks quickly and contribute directly to quality.
As a production worker you work with glass wool and stone wool to create insulation products. You keep the work safe, follow quality standards and ensure the workflow continues. Your tasks include:
- Supporting machine operation and moving materials;
- Sealing, cutting and trimming products according to clear instructions;
- Reporting deviations in time;
- Keeping your workspace clean and safe;
- Thinking along to prevent disruptions;
- Assisting other departments when needed.
Wat wij jou bieden
This role is based on a 38 hour workweek in day shift. You can count on:
- Gross monthly salary of € 2755.79;
- Year end bonus;
- 8 percent holiday pay and 25 days off;
- Travel allowance and pension;
- Training towards operator;
- Prospect of a permanent contract.
