Come work part-time as a flower distributor at Royal FloraHolland and enjoy a colorful environment every day. You start your day early, which is at 05:45 in the morning. You grab your things from your locker and a cup of coffee in the canteen. At 06:00 you are expected at the day start. At the start of the day you will be told the particulars for the day. After the day's start you will all go out on the work floor to distribute all the carts.As flower distributor you drive around on a small electric truck. You pick up the carts and distribute them to the right buyers. You do this together with other colleagues. Together you make sure that all flowers are distributed at the end of your shift. After this you can enjoy your afternoon off.You start daily at 06:00 am. The end time is different every day, but usually it is between 10:00 and 12:00. This gives you time in the afternoon for other things. If you work 5 days, you will make about 15 to 25 hours per week, depending on the workload.

This flower auction has been a key player in the floral industry for over 100 years and is the biggest in the world.Our office is right next to the work floor, so we're always nearby if you need anything. We're open Monday to Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

At Royal FloraHolland, we are looking for a logistics employee to help distribute flowers and plants. This is a part-time position with early shifts starting at 6:00 a.m.What you can expect:<ul><li>You will start with a paid two-day training course, during which you will learn how to work with our electric vehicles and the voice picking system.</li><li>You will then receive 12 weeks of guidance so that you can be trained step by step.</li><li>Your work revolves around accuracy and structure: counting, distributing and processing flower boxes correctly is very important.</li></ul>Your working week:<ul><li>Working days: Monday to Friday.</li><li>Availability: at least 3 days per week.</li><li>With a 5-day working week, you will work an average of 20–25 hours, depending on how busy the auction is.</li></ul>Good to know: A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) may be part of the application process.

Royal FloraHolland is al meer dan 100 jaar de schakel tussen kwekers en kopers van bloemen en planten. Het is de grootste bloemenveiling ter wereld en actief in Aalsmeer, Naaldwijk en Rijnsburg. Met deze functie werk je op de locatie in Aalsmeer.Je werkt in een groot, divers team waar samenwerken centraal staat. De sfeer is nuchter en collegiaal. In de pauze praat je bij met collega’s en help je elkaar waar nodig. Actief Werkt! zit met een kantoor direct op de veiling, naast de werkvloer. Je loopt makkelijk binnen met een vraag en kunt rekenen op persoonlijke begeleiding.

Je start je werkdag vroeg en bent ook weer vroeg klaar. Daardoor houd je elke dag tijd over voor jezelf. Je werkt in een groot logistiek proces waar alles duidelijk is geregeld. Je rijdt op een elektrokar, krijgt instructies via een headset en ziet direct resultaat van je werk. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat de bloemenveiling soepel blijft draaien in een veilige en prettige werkomgeving.Als logistiek medewerker ben jij onmisbaar in het proces. Zonder jou komen karren niet op tijd op de juiste plek en loopt het werk vast. Je begint om 06:00 uur met een dagstart, waarin de teamleider de belangrijkste aandachtspunten bespreekt. Daarna zie je op het scherm hoe laat je klaar bent en hoeveel karren je verwerkt. Je verplaatst bloemen en planten naar de juiste locaties, scant barcodes op de vloer en controleert of de aantallen kloppen. Zo zorg je voor overzicht, tempo en een goede registratie. Jouw top 3 werkzaamheden zijn:• Het ophalen en verplaatsen van karren in de hal.• Het scannen van barcodes voor een correcte verwerking.• Het controleren van aantallen bloempotten en plantenpotten. Je werkt doordeweeks en bent in het weekend vrij. Je kiest zelf of je 3, 4 of 5 dagen per week werkt. Werk je vijf dagen, dan kom je uit op 20 tot 25 uur per week. Je krijgt twee betaalde inwerkdagen waarin je het proces leert kennen en veilig leert rijden op de elektrokar.

Deze arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn gebaseerd op een werkweek van 3 tot 5 dagen. Zo kan jij rekenen op: • € 16,04 bruto per uur. • Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer vanaf 5 km enkele reis. • Volledige vergoeding van je OV-abonnement bij meer dan 4 werkdagen per week. • Wekelijkse uitbetaling, 8,33% vakantiegeld en pensioen vanaf je eerste werkdag. • Elk kwartaal een plant cadeau van Royal FloraHolland.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt instructies zorgvuldig op. Je houdt overzicht, werkt veilig en draagt bij aan een soepel proces. Je vindt het fijn om actief bezig te zijn en samen te werken. Ook breng je mee: • Je bent minimaal 18 jaar oud. • Je spreekt en begrijpt Nederlands en/of Engels. • Je bent minimaal 1,65 meter lang.

All the flowers and plants that have been sold have to reach the customers as quickly as possible. That's what you will do in the logistics process. Using an electric vehicle, you pick up a cart full of sold flowers. After you have scanned it, you hear through your headset where you have to go to get it on the right customer cart. When all carts of the day are distributed, your job is done and you can go home satisfied. The start time is daily at 06:00 and the end times may vary due to how many flowers have been sold that day, but they are often between 10:00 and 12:00. For a work week of 5 days you can count on approximately 20-25 hours per week. At your intake on location, you will first get a tour from us where we show you everything about the work at Royal FloraHolland and what is expected of you.
