Production Trainer – Meat Processing

Do you have experience in a slaughterhouse or meat processing environment and enjoy helping others learn the job? As a Production Trainer, you play an important role in onboarding and developing new employees on the production floor. You share your knowledge, support colleagues in their daily work and help maintain high standards for quality, food safety and animal welfare.
As a Production Trainer, you guide and support new employees during their onboarding period. You help colleagues become familiar with different tasks and ensure they can work safely and independently.
Your responsibilities include:
- Training and supporting new employees on the production floor;
- Explaining work processes, procedures and workstations;
- Monitoring progress and providing practical feedback;
- Identifying training and development needs;
- Working closely with supervisors and production departments;
- Keeping training records up to date;
- Supporting onboarding and development programs;
- Sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
This is a hands-on position where production experience and coaching skills come together.
