As a Production Operator, you are responsible for keeping the production process running efficiently and safely. Working in a 3 shift operation, you monitor production performance, operate machinery, and maintain product quality standards. You quickly identify and solve minor technical issues and work closely with colleagues and the technical team to achieve production targets. Your contribution helps deliver high quality packaging solutions to customers around the world.
Your main responsibilities are:
• Setting up, operating, and adjusting production machines.
• Performing quality checks throughout the production process.
• Identifying and resolving minor machine faults.
• Monitoring production output and planning.
• Maintaining a safe and organized workplace.
