Your working day starts at 07:00 AM. After clocking in, you attend the daily team briefing, where your team leader discusses important updates, safety topics, and improvement points. Next, you check the screen to see your expected finishing time for the day, which can vary between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, depending on the workload and the number of carts that need to be processed.

Once you're ready, you put on your headset and step onto your electric cart. Through the headset, you will receive instructions on exactly where to go. By following the location numbers in the warehouse, you collect the correct carts and transport flowers and plants to their designated locations. At each destination, you place the cart in the correct position, scan the barcode on the floor, and verify that the quantities match the information provided.

Before you know it, it is time for a short break where you can catch up with your colleagues. After completing your tasks, you clock out and your working day is finished.

Your Main Responsibilities
As a Logistics Employee, you play a vital role in the logistics process. You ensure that flowers and plants arrive at the correct locations on time. Without your contribution, delays can occur and the entire operation may be affected.

Your responsibilities include:

Transporting flower and plant carts to the correct locations.
Scanning floor barcodes to ensure accurate tracking.
Checking quantities of flowers and plants.
Following instructions through a voice-picking headset system.
Contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
Training and Working Hours
Before you start, you will receive two training days, during which the logistics process and all work activities will be explained and demonstrated.

Work during weekdays only.
Weekends off.
Flexible schedule between 3 and 5 working days per week.
Minimum availability of 3 days per week.
When working 5 days per week, you can expect to work approximately 20 to 35 hours per week, depending on the daily finishing times.
A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) may be required as part of the selection process.
