Do you have a strong passion for hands-on tasks and thrive in a fast-paced production setting? In our bakery, you will manage freshly baked cookies, transition between different tasks, and work alongside a supportive team to maintain a smooth production process. In addition to a competitive salary, you will benefit from shift differentials of up to 39%.
As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include ensuring that products are accurately packaged and meet quality standards. You will place cookies into trays and packaging, seal and label products, and conduct visual quality inspections. With regular task rotation, your work will remain varied and engaging. Precision, cleanliness, and teamwork are essential for this position.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Placing cookies into trays or packaging according to established procedures.
- Sealing and labeling packages accurately and efficiently.
- Inspecting products and reporting any discrepancies or quality issues.
- Ensuring an adequate supply of packaging materials.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.

- 14:00 – 22:00
- 22:00 – 06:00
Wat wij jou bieden
Deze fulltime functie (40 uur per week) biedt:
- Een concurrerend bruto maandsalaris van €2.800, exclusief ploegentoeslagen.
- Een 38% ploegentoeslag van 18:00 tot 03:00, waardoor het uurloon tot €20,76 kan oplopen.
- Een 39% ploegentoeslag van 03:00 tot 06:00, waardoor het uurloon tot €20,91 kan oplopen.
