You will earn a gross monthly salary between €2800 and €3000, plus a 15% shift allowance. As a Production Operator, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient production process. Working in a 3-shift system, you will operate and monitor production equipment, maintain product quality, and quickly resolve minor technical issues. Together with your colleagues and the technical department, you help create a safe and productive working environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Setting up, operating, and adjusting production machines.
- Performing quality inspections throughout the production process.
- Identifying and resolving minor machine malfunctions.
- Monitoring production performance and planning.
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
