With a cup of coffee in hand, you start the day with your team. After the morning briefing, you know exactly what needs to be done. This early start allows you to be part of the dynamic environment from the very beginning, contributing to the fast-paced atmosphere and ensuring that you are well-informed about the day's activities.
The best part of this job? You start early but are often finished by 12:00 or 1:00 PM. That leaves you with a large part of the day to yourself. The coolest part of this gig?
You start early but often wrap up around 12:00 or 13:00. That means you've got the rest of the day to do your thing.
As a orderpicker, you make sure flowers and plants get to the right spots within the auction fast, safe, and spot-on.
Your duties include:
- Getting flowers and plants to the right places;
- Driving an electric cart;
- Wearing a headset that gives you clear instructions;
- Checking that orders land in the right spot;
- Teaming up with colleagues in the logistics process;
- Helping everything run smoothly;
- Keeping the work area safe and tidy.
