In this bakery, you will work with freshly baked cookies, rotate between different tasks and contribute to a smooth production process together with a supportive team. As a Production Operator, you are responsible for ensuring products are packed correctly and meet the required quality standards. You place cookies into trays and packaging, seal and label products, and carry out visual quality inspections. Because tasks are rotated regularly, your work remains varied and engaging. Accuracy, cleanliness and teamwork are essential in this position.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Placing cookies into trays or packaging according to established procedures.
- Sealing and labelling packages correctly and efficiently.
- Inspecting products and reporting any deviations or quality concerns.
- Replenishing packaging materials where necessary.
- Maintaining a clean workplace and complying with food safety regulations.
Shift schedules
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
- 22:00 – 06:00
Wat wij jou bieden
This full-time position (40 hours per week) offers:
- A gross monthly salary of €2,800 excluding shift allowances.
- A 38% shift allowance between 18:00 and 03:00, resulting in earnings of up to €20.76 per hour.
- A 39% shift allowance between 03:00 and 06:00, resulting in earnings of up to €20.91 per hour.
