As an Oven Operator, also called an Ovenist, you will earn a good salary starting at €3,320 gross per month and increasing up to €3,660 gross per month, including shift allowance. Interested? Are you technically skilled and would you like to work as an Ovenist?
You ensure that everything runs smoothly. With your technical insight, you set up, adjust, and fine-tune the ovens, and you quickly and professionally solve any machine malfunctions.
Stroopwafels have a very short baking time. This means the ovens must be perfectly adjusted. The quality of the stroopwafels is determined by the quality of the dough, the syrup, and of course the baking process.

You also actively think about improvements in the production process. In this way, you directly contribute to the quality of a product that millions of people enjoy both in the Netherlands and abroad.
You will work on a modern, largely automated production line. No day is the same. You will switch between technical tasks, quality control, and cooperation with colleagues. You will work according to the highest safety and hygiene standards.

Working hours:
You will work in a three-shift system:

• Morning shift from 07:00 to 15:00
• Afternoon shift from 15:00 to 23:00
• Night shift from 23:00 to 07:00

Working days are from Monday to Friday. Please note: the first night shift starts on Sunday.
