Production Operator

For a production company in Terneuzen we are looking for a motivated production operator who can work independently but also in a team! The company in Terneuzen is currently working with +/- 50 employees.
The production operators team works in three shifts. 06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00, 22:00 – 06:00. You will have to rotate within these shifts.

As a production operator you are responsible for:

• The operational management of the production; 
• Assistance to the Head of production;
• Monitoring the quantity and quality of semi and end products.

In short, we process minerals and stones into a liquid form that is then used in paper production. An example is the cover of magazines that becomes smoother and stronger because of our product. Wat wij jou bieden:

• Salary: €2.300 - €3.000 (excl. overtime);
• The evening shift (14:00 – 22:00) 10% salary increase. The night shift (22:00 – 06:00) is 30% salary increase; 
• Daily we offer hot meals in the 1st shift from 06:00 – 14:00, in the second shift there is a choice of soup, sandwiches and salads; 
• Your travel expenses will be reimbursed;
• Possibility of 2 x free sports a week;
• We have a pension scheme;
• A basic of 20 vacation days + additional days in accordance with our Staff Handbook.

Wat vragen wij van je:

• You are in possession of a Vapro B or C diploma or at least an MBO level 3/4 diploma;
• Basic knowledge of the English language; 
• You can work accurately and independently.
