Until 2008, it was even known as the largest building in the world and currently ranks fifth worldwide.Actief Werkt! has an office at the flower auction, right next to the work floor. This makes it easy to drop in for a chat or if you have a question. We are at your service from Monday to Friday, from 05:30 to 15:00!

As a logistics employee, you will play a key role in collecting flowers and plants within Royal FloraHolland. With early morning shifts, this job is easy to combine with other daytime commitments.Before you start, you will receive two paid training days to get familiar with the logistics process. During this induction, you will learn to operate the electric trolley and use the voice-activated headset system.These two induction days are followed by a 12-week process to get you fully settled in.You are a star at concentrating and working accurately, counting flower trays properly is very important!You can work from Monday to Friday, starting at 06:00. The finishing time depends on the workload each day. If you work five days a week, you can count on an average of 20 to 25 hours per week. The minimum commitment is two working days per week.Please note that a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) may be required as part of the application process.

Every morning, your day starts at 06:00. After clocking in, you head straight to the daily briefing. Together with your team leader and colleagues, you discuss the key points: safety, areas for improvement, and the expected end time of your shift, usually between 10:00 and 13:00, depending on how busy it is.Sometimes you finish early, other times you work a bit longer. This flexibility makes the job easy to combine with family, hobbies, or another job.After the briefing, you check the screen to see how many carts you need to process that day. You put on your headset, hop on your tugger, and get to work. The headset tells you exactly where to go and which flowers and plants to collect. You follow the numbers in the hall and work through your list step by step. Everything is well-organized, so you can work efficiently.Safety comes first. You drive calmly and with focus through the hall. You’re constantly on the move, but thanks to the tugger, there’s no heavy lifting involved making the work physically manageable.You move flowers and plants to the correct locations in the hall. At the final destination, you scan the barcode on the floor and check whether the number of flowerpots or plant pots is correct. Then you return your cart and clock out. Sometimes you’re done by 10:00, sometimes a bit later but either way, you still have most of the day ahead of you.We’re looking for new team members. As a logistics employee, you help keep the work flowing. Your tasks include collecting and moving carts to the correct locations in the hall using a tugger, scanning floor barcodes for accurate registration, and checking the number of flowerpots and plant pots.

At Royal FloraHolland, we’re searching for motivated team members who enjoy starting their day early and having the rest of the afternoon free. The starting pay is €16.04 per hour.You’ll be working as an order picker, driving an electric cart through the warehouse to collect and prepare flower and plant orders. Accuracy and speed are important, as you'll help ensure our customers receive the right products on time. Some tasks will also take place in a refrigerated area, where the temperature is between 7 and 10 degrees Celsius.Your main responsibilities:<ul><li>Picking flower orders</li><li>Picking plant orders</li><li>Working together with your team to ensure smooth and accurate deliveries</li></ul>This is an early morning part-time role. You will work for Actief Werkt! at Royal FloraHolland in Naaldwijk. Growers bring their plants and flowers to Royal FloraHolland where they are then auctioned online to various buyers around the world. This is the biggest flower auction of the world. It's a big location with a diverse working team.

Come work with us part-time as an order picker at Royal FloraHolland! As an orderpicker you work while driving on an electric truck in the biggest flower auction of the world. You can be paid weekly or choose to be paid every 4 weeks. Your hourly wage is €16.04 per hour. Every week there is room for people to start working. What will you do as an order picker:At 6:00 AM you are expected on your electric truck in the cooling cell where you will start your work. You start the process by grabbing an empty trolley and scanning it. Your scanner will indicate locations where you need to grab different flowers or plants. (Note! You don't need to know any flower or plant names, everything is done based on numbers).  Once you have packed everything for your shipment, drive to one of the designated printers where you print out the packing slips. You can check whether your shipment is complete using the packing slips. If there is something wrong with your shipment, troubleshooters are ready to help you and once your shipment is complete it can be prepared for the customer.
