All-round Logistics Employee

🌿 About the roleWould you like to be part of the logistical heart of the flower auction? In this position, you will work alternately in the LM and OSO departments. You make sure that all processes run smoothly: from managing carts and containers to ensuring tools and resources are available on time and supporting daily operations.This job is physically demanding, varied, and essential to keeping things running. Together with your colleagues, you keep the logistics chain moving—whether it’s early morning or in the middle of the night.

🛠️ Your tasksWithin LM:

• Manage and distribute carts, containers, and other logistical tools

• Check stock levels and quality

• Ensure a smooth flow of materials throughout the auction process

Within OSO:

• Support a wide range of operational tasks

• Handle internal transport of goods and resources

• Switch quickly between tasks and departments

Depending on planning and workload, you will be deployed flexibly across both departments.

🕑 Working hoursOur operation runs 24/7. Are you ready to join us?You are available for:

✅ Morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts

✅ Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)Being flexible is key in this role.

 What you bring

• Good command of Dutch or English

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Physically fit and hands-on

• Responsible and proactive attitude

• Experience in logistics is an advantage, but not required
