🚛 What will you be doing?
As a logistics employee, you’ll drive an electric tug vehicle through the massive auction hall, towing a cart full of flowers or plants. You'll deliver these products to the correct spots in the distribution center. Each cart represents a specific customer. Using your headset or scanner, you’ll receive instructions about which items to deliver and where to go. You’ll make sure every order is delivered to the right place, quickly and accurately.
☕ How your day starts
You arrive at 6:00 AM, starting your day with a cup of coffee or tea.
You collect your equipment: work shoes (we’ll provide them!), your headset or scanner, and your electric tug.
Then you check in with your team leader for the daily briefing: you'll hear how many carts need to be processed and the estimated end time.
Your workday usually ends between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, giving you the rest of the day to yourself!
If you work five mornings per week, you'll typically work 15 to 25 hours per week. You always start at 6:00 AM and are usually done by lunchtime.
