As an Operator in the Cream Department, you play a key role in processing baked cookies with various fillings and decorations. You help ensure smooth production that meets both quality standards and output goals.Your responsibilities include:<ul><li>Maintaining a steady flow of materials and performing accurate dosing, weighing, and quality checks on raw ingredients.</li><li>Preparing semi-finished products according to recipes and labeling them correctly.</li><li>Setting up, operating, adjusting, and shutting down machinery and weighing systems.</li><li>Reviewing production plans and keeping equipment clean; performing cleaning tasks as needed.</li><li>Reporting any irregularities or technical issues with machines.</li><li>Replenishing and transporting raw materials to the cream area using electric pallet jacks, forklifts, or lifts.</li><li>Cleaning machines and maintaining a tidy, hygienic work environment.</li></ul>

Als Operator op de crème-afdeling van deze bakkerij ben jij een onmisbare schakel in het productieproces van smaakvolle koekjes met diverse vullingen en toppings. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, verwerking en controle van de koekjes volgens de productieplanning.Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit:<ul><li>Zorgen voor een continue aanvoer en nauwkeurige dosering en weging van grondstoffen.</li><li>Bereiden van halffabricaten op basis van receptuur, inclusief codering en etikettering.</li><li>Instellen, bedienen, ombouwen en afsluiten van machines en weegapparatuur.</li><li>Controleren van de planning en zorgdragen voor een hygiënische werkplek.</li><li>Signaleren en oplossen van afwijkingen of technische storingen.</li><li>Aanvullen en verplaatsen van grondstoffen met elektrische palletwagens, heftrucks of liften.</li><li>Grondige reiniging van machines en werkomgeving volgens hygiënestandaarden.</li></ul>
