At Royal FloraHolland in Naaldwijk, we’re hiring part-time order pickers to help keep the world’s largest flower auction running smoothly. You’ll earn €16.04 per hour, with the choice to be paid weekly or every 4 weeks. New starters are welcome every week!What will you be doing?You’ll start your shift bright and early at 06:00 AM in the cooled warehouse. Riding on an electric scooter, you’ll pick up an empty cart and use a handheld scanner to locate and collect flowers and plants based on product numbers—no need to know the names!Once your cart is full, you’ll print out packing slips to double-check the shipment. If anything’s off, troubleshooters are always nearby to assist. Through Actief Werkt!, you will be working at Royal FloraHolland.You will collaborate with a motivated team in an environment where no two carts are the same.Actief Werkt! has an office at the flower auction, right next to the work floor. This makes it easy to stop by for a chat or if you have any questions. We are available from Monday to Friday to assist you!

Your day starts at 06:00 AM with a quick team briefing. During this meeting, you'll discuss the day's schedule, expected finish time (between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM), areas for improvement, and safety procedures. After the briefing, you're ready to begin.You'll grab your terminal and hop on your electric tug. Your first order will appear, and you'll start by scanning the container with flowers or plants. Attach the container to your tug and follow the instructions from your terminal or headset.You'll work in two departments:<ul><li>In the plants department, you'll use a terminal.</li><li>In the flowers department, you'll receive instructions through a headset.</li></ul>Your main task is to move flowers and plants to the correct locations within the auction. Once you reach the destination, place the cart in position and scan the barcode on the floor. Then, check that the number of flower or plant pots matches the order. If everything is correct, it's time for your first break to catch up with your colleagues!At the end of your shift, you'll clock out and head home with a sense of accomplishment.

At Royal FloraHolland, you'll work as a logistics employee, playing a key role in our logistics process. You'll drive an electric cart through the hall, carrying a load of flowers or plants behind you. Your job is to deliver these items to the right locations in our large distribution areas. Each cart in these areas represents a different customer. Through your headset or scanner, you'll receive instructions on which customer to serve and what they’ve ordered. You’ll ensure that each order reaches the right destination.Your workday begins at 6:00 AM — ideal for those who love starting early! You'll kick off your day with a coffee or tea and gather the necessary equipment: work shoes (which we provide!), your headset or scanner, and your electric cart. Then, you’ll check in with your team leader for a brief meeting to go over the day's tasks, the number of carts to process, and the expected end time.
