Through Actief Werkt!, you will be working at Royal FloraHolland.You will collaborate with a motivated team in an environment where no two carts are the same.Actief Werkt! has an office at the flower auction, right next to the work floor. This makes it easy to stop by for a chat or if you have any questions. We are available from Monday to Friday to assist you!

Your day starts at 06:00 AM with a quick team briefing. During this meeting, you'll discuss the day's schedule, expected finish time (between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM), areas for improvement, and safety procedures. After the briefing, you're ready to begin.You'll grab your terminal and hop on your electric tug. Your first order will appear, and you'll start by scanning the container with flowers or plants. Attach the container to your tug and follow the instructions from your terminal or headset.You'll work in two departments:<ul><li>In the plants department, you'll use a terminal.</li><li>In the flowers department, you'll receive instructions through a headset.</li></ul>Your main task is to move flowers and plants to the correct locations within the auction. Once you reach the destination, place the cart in position and scan the barcode on the floor. Then, check that the number of flower or plant pots matches the order. If everything is correct, it's time for your first break to catch up with your colleagues!At the end of your shift, you'll clock out and head home with a sense of accomplishment.

The busiest day is on Mondays where your finishing time will be between 11:00 and 13:00, on other days the finishing time is on average between 10:00 and 12:00.
