Train Cleaner

Night owls and morning people wanted! Are you someone who can easily pull all-nighters? Or do you just love to start the day early? Then this job might just be for you.

For Hago Rail Services, we are looking for flexible train cleaners. As a train cleaner you work part-time or full-time in various shifts.

The activities and times are very varied and because of the part-time character easy to combine with children, study or a partner. It is an active cleaning job which, together with a friendly team, ensures spotless trains. Mopping floors, cleaning windows, scrubbing toilets; it's all part of your job.

It is a flexible job because you can work on location from Monday to Sunday. Together with our planner, your permanent contact person, you will look for a schedule that suits you. 

Working hours are in the morning (06.00-14.30 or from 07.00-15.30), night (22.00-06.00) and sometimes afternoon shifts (12.30-21.00). Your permanent place of work will be Maastricht, but you do not mind helping out occasionally at Heerlen station.

What else is on offer? A nice salary of €12,57 gross per hour from 21 years and older. Because you work at different times, you also get an attractive allowance.

In the evening hours on weekdays you get 130%, and working in the weekend gives you even 150%.

You will receive a contract from day 1 with a 24 hour guarantee. Furthermore you receive 8,33% holiday pay and you save for 25 days of holiday.

The prospect of a permanent job! If you perform well you can be employed by Hago Rail Services after 1 year.

Experience is not necessary! A good motivation and flexible attitude is. Given the flexible hours it is very easy to combine this job with a study, family life, hobbies or partner. But of course everybody is free to apply for this vacancy that fits the profile.

Before you start you will be instructed how to work safely on the track. This instruction is in English, therefore it is important that you have a good command of this language, both written and spoken.
