Order Picker Part-time Job

You start the day at 6:00 AM. After clocking in, you attend the daily briefing, where the team leader discusses important matters such as improvement points and safety. Then, you check the screen to see when your workday ends (this varies between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM) and how many carts you need to process that day. After that, you put on your headphones and get on your electric cart. Through the headset, you receive clear instructions on where you need to be, and you follow the numbers in the hall to pick up your cart.

What will you do?

You move flowers and plants to the correct locations in the hall. After moving the flowers, you place the cart at the final destination and scan the barcode on the floor. You also check if the number of flower pots or plant pots is correct. After your work, it's time for a break, and you can catch up with your colleagues. Your workday is then already over, and you can enjoy the rest of the day!

Wat wij jou bieden:

• A gross starting salary of €16.04 per hour or an all-in salary of €17.73 per hour.
• Weekly payment.
• Full reimbursement of your public transport subscription for more than 4 working days per week.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer from 5 km one way.
• Every quarter, you receive a plant gift from Royal FloraHolland.
• 8.33% holiday pay.

Wat vragen wij van je:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You speak and understand Dutch and/or English well.
• You are at least 1.65 m tall (safety first!).
• You are available at least 2 days a week.
