Elektro Supervisor

As an Integration Supervisor, you will manage a team of Integration Technicians and Integration Operators. Your focus will include personnel planning, overseeing daily operations, coordinating with the client, and acting as an expert technical specialist to align with specifications, testing, planning, and integration area progress. You will serve as an escalation point for the team.

• Creating the personnel schedule
• Handling HR-related tasks
• Initiating improvement processes for staffing
• Building and maintaining professional knowledge of applications used by operational and support departments
• Building a competent integration team
• Managing all relevant daily resource management processes
• Promptly addressing customer requests that the team needs to execute and initiating/executing escalations when necessary
• Providing status updates using standard procedures

Our High Tech campus in Beringe consists of five locations with a total area of approximately 145,000 m2. You will be part of the site where the new client is being implemented, specializing in network equipment. Working alongside your colleagues, you will be responsible for the technical operation involving the new client, with your team gradually growing from the start of the implementation. You will report to the Operations Manager.

• Full-time position
• Gross monthly salary in scale 11 ranging from €3,693.70 to €6,061.78, depending on your knowledge and experience
• Two-shift work schedule from 6:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 0:00
• Shift allowance of 130% after 18:00

Wat vragen wij van je:

• Bachelor's degree (HBO/WO) in a technical discipline or relevant field
• Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical and/or optical fiber environment
• Knowledge of telecommunications, optical transmission systems, especially WDM technology (Wavelength Division Multiplexing Technology)
• Analytical, proactive, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of a logistics environment is advantageous
• Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong plus
• Familiarity with optical measuring equipment and procedures
• Adaptability, enthusiasm, and the ability to prioritize.
