As a Bakery Operator in the Cream Department, you will handle ingredients, recipes, and machinery to produce high-quality bakery products. You ensure hygiene standards are maintained, follow the production schedule, detect any technical issues, and keep the line running smoothly. Your work directly contributes to consistent product quality and satisfied customers.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Accurately weighing, measuring, and checking raw materials

  • Operating, setting up, and safely shutting down production machinery

  • Cleaning machines and maintaining hygiene and safety standards
