As a logistics employee, you’ll navigate the auction halls with an electric cart, picking flowers and plants efficiently and accurately. You’re a key part of the logistics chain, ensuring every order is ready for shipment on time. Sometimes you’ll work in a chilled area (around 7–10°C), so warm clothing is recommended.
Your tasks include:
Picking and preparing orders (flowers and plants)
Checking shipping documents
Ensuring smooth, error-free order processing
Working closely with your team to keep operations running efficiently
Shifts start at 06:00 or 06:30, with a 10-minute team briefing before work begins. Finish times usually fall between 09:00 and 11:00, depending on workload, with occasional extensions into the early afternoon. Monday and Tuesday are mandatory, while other days are flexible. Depending on your availability, you’ll work approximately 8 to 15 hours per week.
