Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work and loves the smell of freshly baked waffles? Then this is the job for you!At Biscuit International in Bergambacht, we’re looking for a production worker to help prepare the dough and cook the syrup for our famous stroopwafels. You’ll be part of a friendly and motivated team, working together to produce millions of stroopwafels that are sold all over the world.

What will you do?

As a production worker, you’ll be at the heart of the factory — making sure everything runs smoothly. Your tasks will include:

  • Weighing and mixing ingredients according to recipes to make the perfect stroopwafel dough.
  • Cooking the syrup to just the right temperature for that irresistible filling.
  • Setting up, operating, and adjusting machines; solving small malfunctions when needed.
  • Checking the quality of dough, syrup, and final products.
  • Working neatly and safely according to hygiene and food safety standards.

👉 You’ll work in a 3-shift system (morning, afternoon, and night shifts) — which means plenty of variety and attractive shift allowances!

Monday

  • 03.00 – 12.00 hrs
  • 12.00 – 21.00 hrs
  • 21.00 – 06.30 hrs

Tuesday till Friday

  • 06.30 – 14.30 hrs
  • 14.30 – 22.30 hrs
  • 22.30 – 06.30 hrs

Wat wij jou bieden

  • Hourly wage up to €23.02, including shift allowance. (up to 39%)
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km. (5km from location)
