This position as a Cleanroom Employee grade 5 is a position outside of the cleanroom. You clean check, and prepare high-tech products for shipment. Your top 3 tasks:<ul><li>Clean products using tools and chemicals, following clear instructions.</li><li>Check products carefully to ensure top quality.</li><li>Prepare products safely for shipment.</li></ul>You will work in two shifts: 06:00–15:00 and 15:00–24:00. This family-owned company in Ospel produces lightweight and sustainable panels for the automotive and construction industries, including roofs, floors and doors. You will work alongside a team of about 15 production employees and rotate between six to seven production lines, giving you variety in your work and plenty of opportunities to develop your technical skills.

You get to work in a technical environment and contribute to creating sustainable products! As a production employee in Ospel, you will operate modern machines and help produce sustainable products. You will follow the production process closely. At this company you are part of an informal team with short communication lines and plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and further develop yourself.You make sure the machines run smoothly and all products meet quality standards. Your top 3 tasks are:<ul><li>Setting up, operating, and maintaining machines such as laminators, sealing machines, and milling machines.</li><li>Checking product quality and identifying any deviations.</li><li>Resolving minor technical issues.</li></ul>You will work from Monday to Friday in day shifts from 07:30 to 16:00. This company is located in Helmond and has been a leader in the introduction of High-Pressure Processing (HPP) in Europe since 2011. They use intense water pressure to treat packaged food products, eliminating harmful pathogens while preserving taste, nutrients, and texture. It’s a clean method that extends shelf life without additives. They work with both small and large food brands.

At this company, you are going to work with products you will later see in the supermarkets. You make sure the machines keep running smootly and all the orders are ready on time. The company experiences periods of high and low demand, this means you may work full-time one week and have fewer hours the next. That’s why it is important that you are flexible in your availability.As a production worker, you will be responsible for:<ul><li>Loading and unloading the HPP machine.</li><li>Labeling and packaging food products.</li><li>Checking product quality and packaging. </li></ul>Most shifts are from 06:00 to 15:00, but you may also work in a two-shift system: one week on the early shift and the next week on the late shift. The early shift is from 06:00 to 15:00, and the late shift is from 15:00 to 00:00. You will receive a 35% bonus for hours worked after 18:00.

Jij speelt een directe rol in de productie van plastic doppen, zakjes en deksels voor voedselverpakkingen die wereldwijd gebruikt worden, bijvoorbeeld door bedrijven als Danone en Coca-Cola.Wat ga je doen?Als productiemedewerker werk je onder andere in de cleanroom, waar je volgens strikte richtlijnen zorgt dat de producten voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteits- en hygiënestandaarden.
