As a Bakery Operator in the Cream Department, you'll play a vital role in the production process. You'll work with machinery, ingredients, and recipes to help create high-quality cookies featuring a variety of creams, fillings, and toppings. Each shift, you’ll ensure smooth production in a clean, food-safe environment.Your Responsibilities:<ul><li>Accurately weigh, measure, and check raw materials.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare semi-finished products according to precise recipes, including correct labeling and coding.</li><li>Set up, operate, and shut down machinery and weighing systems.</li><li>Follow the production schedule and maintain a hygienic workspace.</li><li>Detect and report any deviations or technical issues.</li><li>Transport and replenish ingredients using forklifts or pallet jacks.</li><li>Perform thorough cleaning of equipment and work areas.</li></ul>

Onze opdrachtgever is een industriële bakkerij in Maastricht. Zij produceren een breed assortiment koekjes voor zowel binnen- als buitenland. Binnen het bedrijf wordt waarde gehecht aan samenwerking, innovatie en betrouwbaarheid. Als machine operator kom je terecht in een ervaren en collegiaal team waar ruimte is om te groeien.

In de rol van Operator Bakkerij op de crème-afdeling zorg jij dat het hele productieproces soepel verloopt. Jij combineert precisie met technisch inzicht en houdt alles draaiende, van ingrediënten tot machines. Samen met je collega’s werk je in een moderne, voedselveilige omgeving waar kwaliteit en teamwork vooropstaan.Jouw inzet is cruciaal: zonder jou stopt de lijn en komen de koekjes niet op tijd van de band. Als procesoperator draag jij bij door:<ul><li>Grondstoffen zorgvuldig te wegen, doseren en klaarmaken volgens recept.</li><li>Machines in te stellen, te bedienen en om te bouwen.</li><li>Producten te voorzien van de juiste etiketten en codes.</li><li>Materialen aan te vullen en te verplaatsen met een heftruck of elektrische palletwagen.</li><li>Storingen te signaleren en actief mee te helpen bij oplossingen.</li><li>Dagelijkse en periodieke schoonmaak uit te voeren volgens strikte hygiënevoorschriften.</li></ul>
