As a Bakery Operator in the Cream Department, you'll play a vital role in the production process. You'll work with machinery, ingredients, and recipes to help create high-quality cookies featuring a variety of creams, fillings, and toppings. Each shift, you’ll ensure smooth production in a clean, food-safe environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Accurately weigh, measure, and check raw materials.
Prepare semi-finished products according to precise recipes, including correct labeling and coding.
Set up, operate, and shut down machinery and weighing systems.
Follow the production schedule and maintain a hygienic workspace.
Detect and report any deviations or technical issues.
Transport and replenish ingredients using forklifts or pallet jacks.
Perform thorough cleaning of equipment and work areas.
