Flexible Job in Aalsmeer

Sometimes you work a bit longer, other times you're done early. This job offers a lot of flexibility, making it easy to combine with your family, hobbies, or another job.

After the team briefing at the start of the day, you’ll see on the screen how many carts you need to process. You put on your headset, hop on your tug vehicle, and get started. Through your headset, you’ll hear exactly where to go and which flowers or plants to collect. You follow the numbers in the hall and work through your list step by step. Everything is clearly organized so you can work efficiently.

Safe and physically light workSafety always comes first. You drive calmly and with focus through the hall. You’re constantly moving, but thanks to the tug, there’s no heavy lifting involved. That makes the job easy to maintain, even in the long run.

You deliver flowers and plants to the correct locations in the hall. At the final destination, you scan the barcode on the floor and check if the number of pots is correct. Then you return your cart and clock out. You’ll finish between 10:00 and 13:00, sometimes a bit later. Either way, you’ll still have most of the day left for yourself.
