Do you want to work at Royal FloraHolland, the largest flower auction in the world, and enjoy plenty of free time? Then this is your chance!Through Actief Werkt!, you can start as an order picker at the Aalsmeer location. You’ll earn a gross hourly wage of €16.04, work in a pleasant atmosphere, and are usually done before noon.
🌸 What will you be doing?
Your workday starts early, at 6:00 AM. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that flowers and plants are carefully placed on the correct carts. You’re an essential part of the logistics process: everything must arrive at the customer on time and in perfect condition.
Your tasks include:
Accurately processing customer orders
Checking that the products are correct and of good quality
Collaborating and communicating effectively with your team
The length of your workday depends on the number of orders. In most cases, you’ll be finished between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM – perfect if you want your afternoons free!
💼 Working hours and flexibility
If you work five mornings a week, you’ll average between 15 and 25 hours per week. It’s the ideal part-time morning job for anyone looking to have plenty of time for other activities in the afternoon.
