As a carpenter, you will be at the forefront of constructing, installing, and repairing wooden structures and fixtures. Your role will encompass a wide range of tasks, including property renovations, maintenance, and occasionally contributing to new construction projects. Precision, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construction & Installation: Build and install frameworks, structures, and fixtures based on blueprints and specifications.
- Material Preparation: Accurately measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials to meet project requirements.
- Repair & Maintenance: Assess and repair existing structures, prioritizing safety and long-lasting results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including electricians, plumbers, and project managers, to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Safety & Organization: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, well-organized workspace at all times.
